“Krungsri Point” is the rewarding program offered by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited to deliver benefit points for members making payment through Krungsri Credit Card according to the following terms and conditions featuring point calculation, redemption for general goods and services as followed.
1. To receive 1 “Krungsri Point” once spending every 25 baht per sale slip (for the partial number which is unable to calculate equally to) in order to obtain benefits from “Krungsri Point” Program.
2. All spendings through Krungsri Credit Card which are not considered for Krungsri Point’s eligibility:
2.1 Spending though credit card in cash withdrawal program, utility payment including electricity, water and any fee from TOT, participating Bangchak gas stations including stations which are transformed from Esso, mutual funds, AIA insurance premiums, unit-link insurance premiums, or the other fees.
2.1.1 Additional conditions for Krungsi NOW Platinum Credit Card
- Exemption from receiving Krungsri Points for online purchases participating in the 5% cashback core feature.
- Receive Krungsri Points for the purchase at participating Bangchak gas stations including stations which are transformed from Esso.
2.1.2 Additional conditions for Krungsri Lady Titanium Credit Card
- Exemption from receiving Krungsri Points for the purchase eligible for LADY’S FASHIONISTA 7% cashback and LADY’S LIGHT PAY 0% installment plans for 4 months.
2.1.3 Additional conditions for AIA Visa Credit Card
- Receive Krungsri Points of AIA insurance premiums with full amount payment (exclude unit-linked) at rate of 1 point for every 100 Baht per sales slip. The maximum number of points you can earn is limited to 4,000 points per primary account per calendar year.
2.2 Credit card payment in foreign currency through shops or service providers registered within European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom for Krungsri Visa, MasterCard, and JCB from the effective date of 16 January 2020. This also includes payment amount from vendors registered in People’s Republic of China (excluding Special Administrative Regions such as Hong Kong Macau). For Krungsri Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, from 01 May 2022, the payments via websites or application registered in European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK) and People’s Republic of China will remain eligible to obtain “Krungsri Point” exempt Krungsi NOW Platinum Credit Card, certain rights are reserved according to conditions set by the Company.
* European Economic Area (EEA) means the country of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (including Åland Islands), France, (including French Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Saint Barthelemy, and Mayotte), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden, Lichtenstein, and Iceland (including Svalbard and Jan Mayen)
* United Kingdom means England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Island (including Gibraltar)
2.3 All payments via any type of Krungsri Credit Card under these vendors and MCC category as followed
1) All payment for utilities bills which are electricity, water supply, and any fee of Telephone Organization of Thailand via any channels
2) Payments to government agencies as follows
Excluding categories related to hospitals, foundations, charitable organizations, and/or government-run healthcare facilities, such as agencies of Siriraj Hospital Group, Ramathibodi Hospital Group, the Thai Red Cross Society, and Ban Bueng Medical Services Co., Ltd. (Pattana Medical Center Clinic).
3) Payment for Public Transport Category
3. The company will withhold/suspend the benefits or recall the benefits (including the accumulated points), or charge back to the cardholder's credit card account according to the value of the benefits received by the cardholder in the event that the benefits have been granted in error, the cardholder cancels/rejects transactions or payments subsequently (in full or partial amount), the spending exceeds the credit limit due to overpay or temporary credit limit, benefits are obtained through dishonest or fraudulent means, or the credit card is used for commercial purposes /or for purchasing goods/services from merchants in which the cardholders have direct and indirect interests /or using the credit card for the wrong purpose of purchasing goods/services purposes or not in accordance with the credit card agreement or personal loan agreement (as the case may be), or transactions related to Digital Assets or Cryptocurrency.
4. The spending which is entitled to the benefits does not include the spending which is for business benefits and/or personal benefits of the cardholder directly and indirectly in commercial way or in order to obtain benefits from sales promotion programs, the transactions which is not in lined with terms and conditions of the credit card or is an illegal activity, the transactions made through Electronic Data Capture (EDC) devices under its cardholder's business, or in connection with the business owners.
5. The conditions are as specified by the Company.
Conditions for Krungsri Points redemption
1. Spending Points for redeeming and/or purchasing regular products/service
1.1 Members shall use the collected “Krungsri Point” to redeem or pay for goods/services at more than 10,000 participating stores over Thailand.
1.2 Members shall use the collected “Krungsri Point” along with partial payment to redeem or purchase products/services. Krungsri Credit Card will later collect additional payment via credit card account, which will be later shown in credit card statement on the date of point redemption.
1.3 To redeem “Krungsri Point” by combined using accumulated points between the member's primary card credit card account “or transferred to other members under the same surname to redeem or pay for goods/services on your own through UCHOOSE application before redeeming or paying for goods/services.
1.4 Goods/services participating in “Krungsri Point” Rewarding Program already include value-added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
1.5 Members shall be able to check outstanding points of the credit card account by contacting customer service center telephone number 02 646 3555 or directly via UCHOOSE Application.
2. “Krungsri Point” for Royal Orchid Plus of Thai Airways
2.1 All types of Krungsri Credit Card members can convert “Krungsri Point” to Thai Airways International Royal Orchid Plus mileage by the following rate;
- 2 points = 1 Royal Orchid Plus – for Krungsri Private Banking Credit Card, Krungsri Exclusive Signature Credit Card, and Krungsri Signature Credit Card at the minimum 6,000 points and 1,000-point increment (points lower than 1,000 cannot convert).
- 3 points = 1 Royal Orchid Plus – for all other types of Krungsri Credit Card, at the minimum 6,000 points and 1,000-point increment (points lower than 1,000 cannot convert.) starting from 01 January 2024.
2.2 Members who redeem “Krungsri Point” to Royal Orchid Plus mileage are required being as a previous Royal Orchid Plus member. In case there is a joining fee for Royal Orchid Plus reward program, the members are subjected to payment.
2.3 Once “Krungsri Point” is redeemed to be Royal Orchid Plus mileage, there is no redemption back to “Krungsri Point” again. The Company reserves the right not to be responsible for any redeemed points to Royal Orchid Plus and for any action of the Airline.
2.4 Mileage redemption will take up to 3 business days. Members aiming to redeem mileage must ensure sufficient process time for redemption.
2.5 The Company reserves the right to redeem the main credit card member.

3. “Krungsri Point” for FlyerBonus of Bangkok Airways
3.1 All types of Krungsri Credit Card members can convert “Krungsri Point” to FlyerBonus points of Bangkok Airways International at the following rate:
- 3 points = 1 FlyerBonus point – at the minimum 1,500 points and 1,500-point increment (points lower than 1,500 cannot convert).
3.2 Members redeem “Krungsri Point” to FlyerBonus point are required being as a previously Royal Orchid Plus members. In case there is a joining fee for Royal Orchid Plus reward program, the members are subjected to payment on their own.
3.3 Once “Krungsri Point” is redeemed to FlyerBonus point, there is no redemption back to “Krungsri Point” again. The Company reserves the right not to be responsible for any redeemed points to FlyerBonus point and for any action of Bangkok Airway.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to redeem for the main credit card member.

4.1 All types of Krungsri Credit Card members can convert “Krungsri Point” to a airasia points by the following rate:

- 2 points = 1 airasia points –at the minimum 6,000 points and 1,000-point increment (points lower than 1,000 is not allow to convert).
4.2 Members redeeming “Krungsri Point” to airasia points are required to be existing airasia points members already. In case there is a joining fee for Air Asia points reward program, the members are subjected to payment on their own.
4.3 Once “Krungsri Point” is redeemed to airasia points, there is no redemption back to “Krungsri Point” again. The Company reserves the right not to be responsible for any redeemed points to airasia points and for any action of the Airline.
4.4 airasia points redemption will take up to 3 business days. Members aiming to redeem airasia points must ensure sufficient process time for redemption.
4.5 The Company reserves the right to redeem for the main credit card member.

6. “Krungsri Point” for JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) of Japan Airline
- 5 points = 1 Asia Miles –at the minimum 6,000 points and 1,000-point increment (points lower than 1,000 cannot convert) starting from 01 February 2024.
5.2 Members redeeming “Krungsri Point” to Asia Miles are required being as a previously Asia Miles members. In case there is a joining fee for Asia Miles points reward program, the members are subjected to payment on their own.
5.3 Once “Krungsri Point” is redeemed to Asia Miles points, there is no redemption back to “Krungsri Point” again. The Company reserves the right not to be responsible for any redeemed points to Asia Miles points and for any action of the Airline.
5.4 Asia Miles points redemption will take up to 10 business days. Members aiming to redeem Air Asia points must ensure to spare sufficient process time for redemption.
5.5 The Company reserves the right to redeem for the main membership card only.

6.1 All types of Krungsri Credit Card members can convert “Krungsri Point” to JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) of Japan Airline by the following rate:
7. Using “Krungsri Point” for Donation via Krungsri Credit Card
- 2 points = 1 JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) for Krungsri JCB Platinum Credit Card–at the minimum 20,000 points and 1,000-point increment (points lower than 1,000 cannot convert).
- 3 points = 1 JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) for all other types of Krungsri Credit Card–at the minimum 6,000 points and 1,200-point increment (points lower than 1,000 cannot convert).
6.2 Members can redeem points to JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) during the promotional period of the Company. The Company will transfer to Japan Airline Every Monday of the week, and Japan Airline shall grant mileage to members within 7 days from the point transfer date.
6.3 “Krungsri Point” of different type of credit cards cannot be accumulated to redeem to JAL Mileage Bank (JMB).
6.4 Members redeeming “Krungsri Point” to be JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) must be existing member of JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) with the exact same name.
6.5 Once “Krungsri Point” is redeemed to JAL Mileage Bank (JMB), there is no redemption back to “Krungsri Point” again. The Company reserves the right not to be responsible for any redeemed points to JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) and for any action of the Airline.
6.6 Terms and conditions of JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) are according to the Airline, JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) redemption can take up to 3 weeks.
6.7 Members are advised to spare sufficient process time for alleged redemption.
6.8 The Company reserves the right to redeem only for the main membership card.
6.9 The conditions are as specified by the Company.

7.1 The Company reserves the right to participate only for HomePro Visa Platinum Credit Card, AIA Visa Platinum Credit Card, Krungsri JCB Platinum Credit Card, Siam Takashimiya Credit Card, and Krungsri Now Credit Card with sufficient reward points only. (The non-participating credit cards including Krungsri Corporate Card, TCC Privilege Credit Card, and Krungsri HomePro Corporate Card).
8. Transferring “Krungsri Point” to Partner’s Rewarding Program
7.2 Every 1,000 of “Krungsri Point” shall become 100 baht for donation.
7.3 Conditions to authorize donation from credit card.
7.3.1 The Company will charge the card according to the amount the member entering within the credit card account such as 100, 200, 1,000, or 1,500 baht or any other amount defined by the member on the date after the completed transaction date.
7.3.2 After the transaction is confirmed by the Member pressing ‘confirm’, it cannot be cancelled in any circumstances.
7.3.3 The Company reserves the right to charge the amount the member successfully confirms, and only for those with sufficient credit amount, and for the member with regular credit status with normal payment history throughout the marketing campaign. (According to the available current data the Company has and the Company will not be responsible to any loss of data and any other technical problem).
7.3.4 The confirmation of the charged amount according to the amount the member presses ‘confirm’ is final and complete. The Company will confirm the charge from credit line without further written confirmation to the member.
7.3.5 Members agree with The Company to collect or reveal personal information of cardholder, that is, name, surname, address, and other information such as the donating amount, and the destined charity, in order to produce and deliver receipt for tax deduction, to the members according to stated billing address within 14 days of redemption or donation.
7.3.6 Foundations or charities shall be the one issuing tax receipt/receipt and manage delivery of document to members for tax deduction.
7.3.7 Members spending “Krungsri Point” for cash donation during 25 – 31 December shall be able to use the sum for deduction for the next tax year.
7.3.8 In case of redemption via rewarding point menu or call center, the receiving charity shall provide receipt for tax reduction to members at the billing address within 60 days of the date of redemption.
7.3.9 The members shall obtain full information on private data protection statement at the website of The Company.
7.3.10 The Company reserves the right in the case members redeem points to be a donation sum, the accumulated points will be taken from credit card account of card holder accordingly and cannot be cancelled in any cases.
7.3.11 The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any condition without prior notice.
8.1 The Company reserves the right to participate only for HomePro Visa Platinum Credit Card, AIA Visa Platinum Credit Card, Krungsri JCB Platinum Credit Card, Siam Takashimiya Credit Card, and Krungsri Now Credit Card with sufficient reward points only. 9. Redeeming “Krungsri Point” to be a cash deposit to a saving account of Bank of Ayudhya
8.2 The daily limit for redemption is 500,000 points per main card member.
8.3 The Company reserves the right in case members redeem points to transfer to any other partner program, the accumulated points will be taken from credit card account of card holder accordingly and cannot be cancelled in any cases.
8.4 The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any condition without prior notice.
9.1 The Company reserves the right to participate only for HomePro Visa Platinum Credit Card, AIA Visa Platinum Credit Card, Krungsri JCB Platinum Credit Card, Siam Takashimiya Credit Card, and Krungsri Now Credit Card with sufficient reward points only. (The non-participating credit card including Krungsri Corporate Card, TCC Privilege Credit Card, and Krungsri HomePro Corporate Card).
10. Redeeming “Krungsri Point” to gain credit back to deduct credit card bill
9.2 The daily limit for redemption is 500,000 points per main card member (equal to 50,000 baht)
9.3 Members shall redeem accumulated points to be a cash deposit into a bank account at Bank of Ayudhya at the rate of 1,000 points equal to 100 baht (with 1,000-point increment).
9.4 The accumulated reward points shall be taken from the credit card account on the date of redemption and transferred into the bank account specified by the card member.
9.5 When members complete redeeming points to such bank account, this cannot be cancelled in any cases, except when redemption system fails.
9.6 The member redeeming points to Bank of Ayudhya account must be the same person as the account owner.
9.7 The redemption points can be transferred to Bank of Ayudhya account certain types of account including all type of saving account, online saving account with active status, but not including tax free fixed deposit accounting (24 months), fixed deposit account, and current account.
9.8 The Company reserves the right not to redeem points to closed and suspended account.
9.9 The saving account interest is subject to The Bank.
9.10 Members should understand the conditions and incentives of redeeming points to be a cash deposit before making final decisions.

9.12 The Company holds no responsibility for failure or service, in the case of failures, further questions, or inconvenience, please contact directly to the service provider.
10.1 The Company reserves the right to participate only for HomePro Visa Platinum Credit Card, AIA Visa Platinum Credit Card, Krungsri JCB Platinum Credit Card, Siam Takashimiya Credit Card, and Krungsri Now Credit Card with sufficient reward points only. 11. Redeeming “Krungsri Point” for Goods and Vouchers
10.2 The daily limit for redemption is 500,000 points per main card member (equal to 50,000 baht)
10.3 Credit back sum will be shown in credit card account in the next day after redemption.
10.4 The Company reserves the right in case members complete redeeming points to obtain credit back, subsequently the points will be taken off credit card accounting accordingly, and this cannot be cancelled in any cases.
11.1 The Company reserves the right to participate only for HomePro Visa Platinum Credit Card, AIA Visa Platinum Credit Card, Krungsri JCB Platinum Credit Card, Siam Takashimiya Credit Card, and Krungsri Now Credit Card with sufficient reward points only. (The non-participating c credit card including Krungsri Corporate Card, TCC Privilege Credit Card, and Krungsri HomePro Corporate Card).
12. Redeeming “Krungsri Point” for e-Coupon
11.2 The daily limit for redemption is 500,000 points per main card member (equal to 50,000 baht)
11.3 Members on can choose to adjust points to redeem as they wish which is consistent with The Company’s condition, and when completed, this cannot be cancelled in any case.
11.4 All redeemed items already include value-added tax.
11.5 Members must ensure the correct delivery address at the end of the redeeming process. In the case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, the cost of new delivery will be charged to the member.
11.6 Redeemed goods will be “started” delivering within 7 working days after the transaction completes and will arrive at the stated address within 14 working days from the shipping date.
11.7 Redeemed goods are not exchangeable or returnable in any cases except damages or any failure of Buzzebees Company Limited or logistics partner. In such cases, members will only be compensated by again getting the redeemed goods delivered without further cost only. Members can directly contact on exchanges with Buzzebees Company Limited call center at tel. 02 6450014 within 3 working days and returns goods to the delivered via the sender’s address on the package, in case of missing address, please send to redeeming goods, Buzzebees Company Limited 100/81-84 and 100/86-87 Vongvanij Complex B, Floor 25-26, Rama IX Rd, Huaykwang Bangkok 10310, within 7 working days.
11.8 In case of no signing recipient, members must collect the items at post office within 7 days. After 7 days, the shipped item will be returned to the sender, and the member is required to pay for this new delivery.

12.1 The Company reserves the right to participate only for HomePro Visa Platinum Credit Card, AIA Visa Platinum Credit Card, Krungsri JCB Platinum Credit Card, Siam Takashimiya Credit Card, and Krungsri Now Credit Card with sufficient reward points only. (The non-participating c credit card including Krungsri Corporate Card, TCC Privilege Credit Card, and Krungsri HomePro Corporate Card).
12.2 The daily limit for redemption is 500,000 points per main card member (equal to 50,000 baht)
12.3 The Company reserves the right to redeem only the main card with sufficient points for redemption. The phone number that is used in redemption must be same as the number in shown in The Company’s system only. Any other changes must be only executed by calling credit card customer service center via contact number on the card.
12.4 The Company reserves the right in case members redeem points to be e-Coupon, the accumulated points shall be taken from credit card account of such card, and this cannot be cancelled in any cases.
12.5 Member cannot claim the right by using screen capture from mobile device/ cannot jointly use with other discount or promotion / cannot exchange to cash or get cash changes.
12.6 In case that e-Coupon is requested and issued but fails to be used or spent within the given condition and time for any reason, The Company reserves the right to compensate or reissue e-Coupon in any cases.
13. .Members can transfer “Krungsri Point” between the main credit card accounts or to other main credit card accounts of the person with the same surname via UCHOOSE application according to these conditions.
Terms and conditions for transferring “Krungsri Point” are as follows.
13.1 The Company reserves the right to transfer only among the main credit cards issued by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited.
14. Terms and Conditions of Rewarding Points and Redemptions
13.2 In case that an individual card member has more than one Krungsri credit card, the member can transfer among main accounts of the same name and surname.
13.3 Members can choose to transfer points to their main credit card account to other person(s) with the same surname.
13.4 In case that the card member change first name and/or surname which alter spelling and eventually make the spelling different than those in the system, such card member must contact member service center via the phone number printed on the credit card.
13.5 When card member executes accumulated reward point transfer as a transferer, it is deemed that such card member agrees to transfer every time the transfer takes place, therefore the transaction is completed. So, this cannot be later cancelled or adjusted in any cases. Nonetheless, in transferring points the member making transfer is the one to identify the 16-digit number of the receiving account and needs to confirm that the obtained information is legitimate, and acknowledges that the Company is merely an actor complying with the transfer request given by the point owner.
13.6 Krungsri Exclusive Credit Card group features Krungsri Private Banking Credit Card, Krungsri Exclusive Signature Credit Card, Krungsri Signature Credit Card. All credit cards in exclusive group can receive and transfer among them in the group from the main account of card member of the same first and surname, or main account of other person with the same surname.
- Krungsri Exclusive credit card can transfer points to Krungsri credit cards of any type except Krungsri JCB cards of the main account of the same first name and surname or other account with the same surname.
13.7 Krungsri credit cards JCB group feature JCB Platinum Credit Card, and Siam Takashimaya JCB.
- Krungsri credit cards of JCB group can receive and transfer points among them within the group from the main account of card members of the same first name and same surname, or other account of the same surname.
- Krungsri credit cards of JCB group can transfer points to Krungsri credit cards of any type except Krungsri Exclusive Credit Card group of the main account of card members of the same first name and same surname, or other account of the same surname.
13.8 The Company reserves the right to transfer for the main card member of normal account status.
13.9 The daily limit for redemption is 500,000 points per main card member (calculated from all the transfer channels.)
13.10 In case that the giving member and receiving member hide card status on UCHOOSE application, the transfer can be completed by contacting credit card customer service center only. Please enquire more information by contacting credit card customer service center via the phone number stated on the back of credit card.
14.1 Cardholders agree and acknowledge any timely rewarding points or other benefit programs from card usage of cardholders according to terms and conditions of such programs which The Company will inform cardholders. Cardholders agree to be obliged to related agreements that are deemed as part of this contract.
14.2 Cardholders agree that all benefits and privileges including but not limited to privileges from sale promotion, rewarding programs, or any other benefits which the Company provides for cardholders beside others than stated on the conditions of such programs, cardholders agree that the Company will grant benefits and/or privilege to cardholders complying with conditions (if any) except the case that the accounts of cardholders are suspended or cancelled (regardless temporary or permanent) or cardholders have a history of missing payment, or commercial card usage that abuse the objectives of credit card usage, or violating law or general public moral or having history of overpayment with an intention to obtain benefits and/or privilege more than deserved from the current card limit or in cases cardholders violate any terms and conditions of this agreement.

5.2 Members can redeem points to JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) during the promotional period of the Company. The Company will transfer to Japan Airline Every Monday of the week, and Japan Airline shall grant mileage to members within 7 days from the point transfer date.
5.3 “Krungsri Point” of different type of credit cards cannot be accumulated to redeem to JAL Mileage Bank (JMB).

6.2 Redemption codes for cashback for TCC Privilege Credit Card are as follows.
6.3 Redemption is limited to a maximum of 500,000 points per primary account per day (equivalent to 50,000 THB)
6.4 Cashback amount will be reflected to the credit card account on next day.
6.5 The Company reserves the right that when a cardholder redeems reward points for cashback, the points will be deducted from the cardholder's credit card account according to the number of points redeemed and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
7. Using "Krungsri Points" to redeem goods and vouchers
7.1 The Company reserves the right to participate only for Krungsri Corporate Credit Card, TCC Privilege Credit Card and Krungsri HomePro Corporate Card who have sufficient reward points only.
8. Terms and Conditions regarding to Krungsri Points and redemption.
7.2 The daily limit for redemption is 500,000 points per main card member (equal to 50,000 baht)
7.3 All redeemed items already include value-added tax.
7.4 Customers can redeem goods and vouchers by downloading the redemption form from the company's website or by clicking [https://www.krungsricard.com/th-th/document/creditcard#corpform] to fill out the form and have it signed by the authorized signatory of the company, with the company stamp. Scan the completed document and send it to the email address csm.operations@krungsri.com.
7.5 Redeemed goods will be “started” delivering within 7 working days after the transaction completes and will arrive at the stated address within 14 working days from the shipping date.
7.6 Redeemed goods are not exchangeable or returnable in any cases except damages or any failure of Buzzebees Company Limited or logistics partner. In such cases, members will only be compensated by again getting the redeemed goods delivered without further cost only. 8.1 The cardholder agrees and acknowledges that the company may occasionally offer reward points programs or benefits resulting from the use of the card, subject to the terms and conditions of those programs as communicated by the company. The cardholder agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions, which will be considered part of this agreement.
8.2 The cardholder agrees that any benefits and/or privileges, including but not limited to promotional offers, reward points programs, or other benefits provided by the company, beyond those specified in the terms of those programs, are at the company’s discretion. The company reserves the right to grant such benefits and/or privileges to cardholders who comply with the conditions (if any), except in cases where the cardholder’s account is suspended or canceled (whether temporarily or permanently), or if the cardholder has a poor payment history, or uses the card for commercial purposes or for any illegal or unethical activities, or makes payments to the card account exceeding the required amount with the intent to gain benefits and/or privileges beyond what is due from card use within the approved credit limit.
