Terms and Conditions
  • The privilege is available only for Krungsri Private Banking credit cardholders and Krungsri EXCLUSIVE SIGNATURE credit cardholders with accumulated spending in line with the required amount within the campaign period. Limit redemption 1 time/primary account/campaign.
  • The cardholders must receive final confirmation regarding eligible spending of total year before redeeming the privileges from call center 02 296 4565 (For Private Banking credit card) and 02 296 5566 (For Exclusive Signature credit card) only.
  • The cardholders could recheck the total spending via UCHOOSE application channel or call center 02 296 4565 (For Private Banking credit card) and 02 296 5566 (For Exclusive Signature credit card).
  • The said total accumulated spending amount shall not include investment in all types of mutual funds, insurance premiums and unit linked insurance; spending on all types of fuels; spending at all types of hypermarkets and supermarkets; interests, penalties, taxes, fees, cancelled transactions, cash advances, installments, utilities, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and automatic monthly/annual debits from 1 Jan 2025 to 30 Jun 2025 are valid.
  • The cardholders may redeem the privileges from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Jul 2025 via the Company’s call center 02 296 4565 and must return to Thailand by 30 Jun 2026.
  • The cardholders must redeem and use all giving privileges together (Air Ticket/Limousine/Meet&Greet/Buggy). Each privilege cannot be separately redeemed or used with other benefits.
  • The cardholders must redeem all giving privileges (Air Ticket/Limousine/Meet&Greet/Buggy) at least 30 days in advance.
  • After booking, all privileges in this program (Air ticket, Limousine and Airport services) cannot change or re-schedule of the departure date.
  • This privilege shall not be transferred, renewed, exchanged, redeemed for cash, carried forward to the next year, or used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • Krungsriayudhaya Card Company Limited will withhold/suspend the benefits or recall the benefits (including the accumulated points), or charge back to the cardholder's credit card account according to the value of the benefits received by the cardholder in the event that the benefits have been granted in error, the cardholder cancels/rejects transactions or payments subsequently (in full or partial amount), the spending exceeds the credit limit due to overpay or temporary credit limit, benefits are obtained through dishonest or fraudulent means, or the credit card is used for commercial purposes /or for purchasing goods/services from merchants in which the cardholders have direct and indirect interests /or using the credit card for the wrong purpose of purchasing goods/services purposes or not in accordance with the credit card agreement or personal loan agreement (as the case may be), or transactions related to Digital Assets or Cryptocurrency.
  • The spending which is entitled to the benefits does not include the spending which is for business benefits and/or personal benefits of the cardholder directly and indirectly in commercial way or in order to obtain benefits from sales promotion programs, the transactions which is not in lined with terms and conditions of the credit card or is  an illegal activity, the transactions made through Electronic Data Capture (EDC) devices under its cardholder's business, or in connection with the business owners.
  • Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited reserves the right to adhere to information obtained by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited. The cardholders shall keep the evidence of program participation and sale slips for further references.
  • All terms and conditions shall be as specified by the service providers; Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited shall not be responsible for the goods and the service delivery; for service-related inquiries or complaints, please contact the service providers directly.
  • The terms and conditions shall be specified by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited.

Terms and Conditions for Air Ticket
  • The cardholders are eligible for one round trip, economy class of Thai Airways/Japan Airlines/Swiss International Air Lines/LUFTHANSA/Austrian Airlines/ANA/EVA Air. The privilege provides booking class V, W with Thai Airways/ANA/EVA routes, booking class S with Japan Airlines and booking class T with Swiss International Air Lines/LUFTHANSA/Austrian Airlines.
  • After booking, this privilege cannot change or re-schedule of the departure date.
  • In case there is additional service fees such as class changed and others which are beyond terms and conditions as specified by the company, The cardholders must pay such additional service fees on their own.
  • The cardholders who are eligible for the flight ticket in America route shall receive the optional to select the flight ticket in Europe route or Asia route or Thailand’s domestic flight followed by terms and conditions as specified by the company.
  • The cardholders who are eligible for the flight ticket in Europe route shall receive the optional to select the flight ticket in Asia route or Thailand’s domestic flight followed by terms and conditions as specified by the company.
  • The cardholders who are eligible for the flight ticket in Asia Route shall receive the optional to select the flight ticket in Thailand’s domestic flight followed by terms and conditions as specified by the company.
  • Conditions for the flight ticket are subject to the terms and conditions of Thai Airways/Japan Airlines/Swiss International Air Lines/LUFTHANSA/Austrian Airlines/ANA/EVA Air.

Terms and Conditions for Limousine
  • The airport transfer service is available between Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang airport and pick up point in the area of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, or Samutprakarn.
  • After booking, this privilege cannot change or re-schedule of the departure date
  • If no one shows up on the appointment date or deny to receive the service, this shall be equivalent to such that service privileged has already applied and completed.
  • In case there is an additional service fees such as service distance exceeded or others which are beyond terms and conditions as specified by the company, the cardholders must pay such additional service fees on their own. The card numbers must reserve
  • SMS confirmation will be sent after the reservation is completed.
  • Limit maximum 1 round-trip/primary credit card.
  • Airport pick-up arrangement: 
    Silver Voyage Airport Representative will be waiting at designated point as following only;
    Suvarnabhumi Airport:
    At meeting point 2nd floor between gate 3 and 4, arrival hall.
  • Don Muang Airport:
    At meeting point of international arrival hall on 1st Floor gate 5
    At meeting point of domestic arrival hall on 1st floor gate 11
    Driver shall wait for passengers up to 120 minutes, starting from the aircrafts' arrivals. In the event that passengers cannot be located or contacted within this period, the vehicles shall be released for other use, and this privilege shall be deemed fully redeemed. In the event that wait times exceeding 120 minutes are required, an additional fee of booking car type shall apply from the 121st minute onward.
    • Other pick-up arrangement: Drivers shall wait at the designated locations for 30 minutes, starting from the scheduled pick-up times. In the event that passengers cannot be located or contacted within this period, the vehicles shall be released for other use, and this privilege shall be deemed fully redeemed. In the event that wait times exceeding 30 minutes are required, an additional fee of booking car type shall apply from the 31st minute onward. Any delays due to road or air travel shall be expressly disclaimed.
    • In case Silver Voyage cannot arrange the reserved car. The equivalent car or higher category will be replaced without additional charge. 
    • In the event of emergency situation where we cannot offer the requested car of choice on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents / heavy traffic / blocked or detour road / flash flood / terrorist attacks etc., we will immediately offer a replacement car and inform our guests accordingly; However, if the unforeseen emergency situation is beyond what we could support and offer to our guests, we have the right to decline the service and will inform our guest/s in advance.
 
Terms and Conditions for Airport Services
  • Meet & Greet Service and Buggy Service are available for only inbound passengers and at Suvarnabhumi International Airport. However, Buggy Service (Golf cart service) can only be used at Gate C E F G if the plane is landed at the Bus Gate or the Gate D (The gate is located in front of the Immigration point) or the SAT1 Building arrival terminal, the buggy service (Golf cart service) will be automatically cancelled, and considered as completed the service usage.
  • After booking, this privilege cannot change or re-schedule of the departure date.
  • If the customer does not show yourself as followed by appointment arranged (No-Show) or refuse to take the service. This regards as the customers have completed the service.
  • In case there is an additional service fees such as the number of service receiver exceeded and others which are beyond terms and conditions as specified by the company, the cardholders must pay such additional service fees on their own.
  • The Airport Representative will hold a sign with the name of passengers and wait for the passenger at the concourse when the airplane is landed.
  • The Buggy Service (Golf Cart) can accommodate a maximum of 2 passengers per vehicle. Passengers must go through the inspection process of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office in accordance with the laws of Thailand. However, the service provider is not responsible for any products brought into the Kingdom.
