Card Loss Policy, Zero Liability


Feel safer with the Zero Liability policy, a plan that will cover expenses made via your credit card in case the credit card is lost or stolen. The cardholder will not be responsible for expenses (exclude cash and online transactions) arising up to 48 hours* before notification of card cancellation.

Terms & Conditions
  • In case the card is lost or stolen, and when the cardholder wishes to suspend the credit card, the cardholder must immediately report this incident to the Company verbally or in writing. The Company will suspend the credit card within 5 minutes after such report.
  • In case of card lost or stolen, if damages occurred from spending made illegally within the specified period below before the report to the Company, the Company will provide the maximum coverage for such damages of 50,000 Baht per credit card account.
    • For Krungsri Private Banking Credit Card, Krungsri Exclusive Signature Credit Card, Krungsri Signature Credit Card, Siam Takashimaya Credit Card Finest - Invitation Only and Siam Takashimaya Credit Card Finest cover up to 48 hours prior to the report of card lost or stolen
    • For other Krungsri Credit Card cover up to 24 hours prior to the report of card lost or stolen
  • The maximum coverage limit for damage is 50,000 THB per credit card account. Any amount exceeding such limit will be the cardholder's responsibility. If the Company verifies and proves that the outstanding debt incurred was not due to cardholder's fault or the cardholder did not involve in such incident or the cardholder was not negligence , the Company will adjust the outstanding debt within 45 days from the date of the card loss or stolen report.
  • If the Company is not informed of the card lost or stolen incident, or the report is fraudulent, or the Company finds that the outstanding debt occurred from the cardholder’s fault or it is believable that the cardholder involves in the incident or the cardholder is negligence, the cardholder shall be responsible for all outstanding debts, including interest and fee, at the highest rate announced by the company at that time.
  • In case of cash withdrawal transaction, the cardholder will be responsible for the amount of money withdrawn including cash advance fee until the report of card lost or stolen is made to the Company and the Company suspends the credit card.
  • In case the cardholder instructs the Company to issue a new card, the cardholder shall be responsible for the new card issuance fee.
  • If the lost or stolen card is found,  the cardholder must destroy such lost or stolen card.
